How Much An Intelligent Blackboard Costs Depends On Touch Technology

With the advent of the intelligent era, it has become recognized that there is a huge potential for imagination to reshape all existing industries with intelligence. Intelligence is no longer a marketing gimmick or a toy for geeks to amuse themselves. It is increasingly embedded in everyone's life situation. At present, all countries attach great importance to the application of AI technology and regard it as an important force to enhance national competitiveness. They have begun to gradually carry out AI talent training in the basic education stage. Smart blackboard has become the core product in the education scene of the intelligent era. How much is the smart blackboard? Now let's take a look at the Electronic Glass Exhibition.

How much an intelligent blackboard costs depends on touch technology. At present, the touch technology of intelligent blackboard has three technical routes: metal grid, nano silver and ITO. The mainstream products of interactive blackboard in smart classroom have adopted ITO technology and have been mature and applied to many projects.

Metal grid technology is the use of silver, copper and other metal materials or oxides and other raw materials, pressed into a metal grid on the film. The main advantages of the metal grid are its low cost and good conductivity. However, in order to achieve sufficient light transmittance, more than 95% of the touch sensing area is removed in the online thinning process, resulting in a 20 fold reduction in the touch signal, which has an impact on how much a smart blackboard costs.

In order to make it difficult for the eyes to detect the existence of the grid, the wire width of the metal grid must be less than 5 microns, which makes the high cost affect how much an intelligent blackboard costs. In addition, problems such as low yield, moire pattern, metal wire fracture, metal reflection, material oxidation and so on have limited metal grid technology to small screen applications.

Nano silver technology refers to the conductive network of nano silver wire which is made by smearing nano silver wire ink material on the substrate and using laser lithography technology. Compared with metal grid, nano silver has excellent conductivity, excellent light transmission, bending resistance and flexibility, which can realize super large size touch, flexible touch and folding screen. Nano silver avoids the problem of moire pattern and has many advantages in conductivity, light transmission and cost, which affects how much the smart blackboard costs.

ITO is a nano scale indium tin metal oxide, which has good conductivity and light transmission, as well as other excellent properties, such as strong adhesion with glass, good mechanical strength, high infrared reflectivity, chemical stability, etc. These advantages also determine how much the smart blackboard costs.

ITO has high stability, no ion migration and no moire; At the same time, the light transmittance is very high among the three technical routes, solving the problem of diffuse reflection haze of nano silver. In addition, with the completion of mass production of IM film in ITO touch film, the quality is stable. In recent years, the rise of liquid crystal and other flat panel display devices has promoted the research and demand of ITO films, thus affecting how much the smart blackboard costs.
