What To Do If The ELO Touch Screen Is Not Responding When Touched?

What to do if the ELO Touch Screen is not responding when touched?

Note: LLEAP does no longer install driver for ELO, although ELO monitor is not supported, it will probably still work. At some point it is expected that it will not work anymore

If the touch screen is not working at all (nothing happens when touching the screen), make sure the touch is enabled.
To check if the touch-screen has been disabled, right-click on the ELO icon in system tray.
If it is disabled there will be an entry called "Enable Touch".
Clicking this will enable the touch screen.
This can also be found by clicking on the "Advanced" button on the "Properties 1"-tab on the ELO properties dialog.

What to do when the ELO touch screen is not detected?

Open "Device Manager"

· Go to the Control Panel, double-click "System" select the "Hardware" tab and then "Device Manager"

· Click on "+"-sign next to "Mice and other pointing devices" and Right-click on "EloHID_PID_00XX"

· Select "Disable".

· Click "Yes" in the dialog that appears.

· Then right-click again and click "Enable"

You have now restarted the touch-screen driver.
