Common Issues And Solutions For 4K Bar-Type LCD Displays
Leave a message
The 4K bar-type LCD display is a specialized type of LCD screen; its manufacturing cost is relatively high, primarily due to the complexity of the production process. Below are some common issues and their solutions:

Reasons for High Manufacturing Costs
Screen Size and Resolution: 4K bar-type LCD displays typically feature larger dimensions and higher resolutions than standard LCD screens. Displaying images requires more pixels and a larger screen area, which drives up manufacturing costs.
High Performance Requirements: These displays must deliver high definition, high contrast, and excellent color accuracy to meet user expectations for image quality. Achieving these characteristics requires superior materials and greater manufacturing precision, further increasing costs.
Relatively Low Market Demand: Market demand for 4K bar-type LCD displays is relatively low because they are generally used in niche applications such as industrial control systems, medical equipment, and in-vehicle navigation. Limited demand prevents manufacturers from achieving economies of scale, resulting in higher prices.
Brand and Sales Channels: Prices for 4K bar-type LCD displays from well-known brands tend to be higher due to brand premiums and the costs associated with official sales channels. Similarly, specific sales channels can also contribute to higher prices.
Common Issues and Solutions
White Screen: If the display shows a solid white screen, disconnect the power immediately. Check that all external interface cables are connected correctly and ensure the display cable is not loose, tilted, or detached. Reconnect the display cable securely and power the unit back on.
Garbled/Distorted Screen: If the display shows chaotic or distorted colors, disconnect the power and check if the display cable is loose or tilted. Reconnect the display cable securely and power the unit back on.
Black Screen: If the display remains black after connecting the power, disconnect the power immediately. First, verify that the power supply output is normal (specifically, a +12V DC supply with correct polarity) and ensure that the connections at the inverter's input and output are secure. Please do not touch the inverter output directly with your hands, as it carries a high voltage of approximately 400V and poses a safety hazard.
