II.Key Limitations

· Lower contrast compared to self-luminous screens:

Still an LCD architecture, relying on backlight control, black performance is not as pure as OLED (even with Mini-LED zone dimming, extreme dark fields may still have slight halo).

· Slightly slower response speed:

The flipping of liquid crystal molecules takes time, and it may be slightly inferior to OLED's instantaneous response in high-speed dynamic scenes (although it has been significantly improved, there is still a gap in professional competitive fields).

· Clarification of technical essence:

Most "QLED displays" on the market are actually quantum dot-enhanced LED backlight LCDs, not truly electrically luminescent self-luminous QLED (this technology has not been widely commercialized), when purchasing, it is necessary to distinguish between the concepts of "quantum dot film" and "self-luminous".
