The following is about the customization process of TFT-LCD LCD screen.

1. Sample request detail from Customer

The Customer offers the requirements to Head Sun, such as TFT-LCD screen size, resolution, brightness, interface, shape size, AA area size, PIN definition, temperature range, service life and the specific needs of the touch screen, etc.

2. Offer quotation

Sale department from Head Sun will provide the sample quotation according to the full information of sample size and display content.

3. Offer drawing

  After the customer confirms the quotation,Head Sun will design the drawing and offer the drawing detail marked with the data and indicators & the truth table.

4. Confirm the drawing detail by Customer

After the customer confirms the drawing detail, Head Sun will design a drawing according to the needs of the customer, the drawing will be marked in detail the data and indicators (including the truth table), the factory will arrange samples according to each parameter of the drawing information confirmed by the customer.

5. Make samples and send out

In order to ensure the quality of the samples, Head Sun will make samples accordingly. Before the samples sent out, Head Sun will go through a series of product tests, and the samples can be sent after passing the test.

TFT-LCD screen sample making time, mainly to see the difficulty of the product, under normal circumstances, the module sample making timeis about 20 days, and the assembly sample making time is  25 days.

6. Customer test the received samples

The customer will test the product, debug it in different use scenarios, and confirm the sample is OK. If there are any other modifications or requirements, Head Sun will issue the sample twice, until all the tests are completed and the customer is satisfied.

7. Start mass production and test

After the customer confirms the sample, Head Sun can purchase the corresponding materials according to the sample and requirements, and arrange mass production, the product will make ESD, high and low temperature, function, aging and other standard tests, but also according to customer needs for other special tests, and provide the corresponding inspection report.

8. Delivery the production and after-sale services

After the production is completed, the products will be sampled, and then packaged and packaged according to the customer's transportation mode to the designated place. If the customer needs factory assistance, the factory will also provide online installation and use guidance. There are also corresponding after-sales services for product quality problems.
