How to Change Displayed Images on Smart Square Monitor

This guide applies to Head Sun's smart square monitors, covering 6 common, easy-to-follow methods for different usage scenarios.

1. Via USB Flash Drive (Basic & Universal)

Prepare a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive and copy target images (supported formats: JPG/PNG/BMP) into it.

Insert the USB drive into the monitor's USB port.

Navigate to the monitor's local menu, select "USB Reading" > "Image Import", then choose the images you want to display to replace the current content.

Advantage: No internet required; ideal for batch image updates.

2. Wired Connection with Computer

1Connect the monitor to your computer using HDMI/Type-C/DP cable, and set the monitor as an extended or secondary display.

Two optional operations:

   - For screen mirroring-supported monitors: Set the target image as your computer desktop wallpaper, and it will sync to the square monitor automatically.

   - For monitors with built-in storage: Use the matching control software on your computer to batch import images into the monitor's local storage.

Advantage: Stable transmission; suitable for scenarios requiring precise adjustment of image display position.

3. Wireless Screen Mirroring (Mobile/Computer)

Applicable to monitors with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth function.

1. For mobile devices: Enable "Screen Mirroring" (iOS) or "Wireless Projection" (Android), search and connect to the monitor's device name, then display target images in full screen on the monitor.

2. For computers: Use Windows "Connect" feature or Mac "AirPlay" to transmit and display images wirelessly.

Advantage: No wiring needed; perfect for temporary single or small-batch image updates.

4. Via TF/Memory Card (Cost-Effective)

For portable smart square monitors equipped with TF card slot.

1. Save target images into a TF card, insert the card into the monitor's slot.

2. Go to the monitor menu, select "Card Reading & Playback" to switch to the new images.

3. To update images later, remove the TF card, re-save new images with a card reader, and reinsert it into the monitor.

Advantage: Low cost; suitable for small-sized monitors without USB ports.

Important Notes

1. Please confirm the monitor's supported image formats (JPG/PNG/BMP are mainstream) and resolution ratio in advance to avoid image stretching or distortion.

2. For commercial scenarios, cloud sync or USB batch import is recommended for higher efficiency; for personal use, wireless screen mirroring or APP control is more convenient.
